Second Job Fair and Recruitment Event for Workers with Disabilities in 2024

On November 21, 2024, Lilforest was honored to participate in the Second Inclusive Job Fair dedicated to the recruitment of workers with disabilities, jointly organized by the Hanoi Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA) and the Hanoi Association of People with Disabilities.

The event served as a meaningful bridge between people with disabilities and employers, creating suitable job opportunities while spreading the message of inclusion, sharing, and sustainable development within the community.

Lilforest’s exhibition space proved a resounding success, drawing strong interest from representatives of the Hanoi Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs as well as job-seeking individuals with disabilities. Visitors were particularly captivated by the company’s unique, nature-inspired crafts and its commitment to sustainability.

At the booth, young people with disabilities had the chance to try their hand at a variety of handmade activities, including creating dried moss terrariums, decorating nature-themed gifts, and crafting meaningful, eco-friendly products that carry deep emotional value.
